Last Investors Meeting Report

I have no idea who this woman is but if she ever shows up she will be invited to join...

Our final investor's meeting was held today and was well attended. Our two LLC's were explained to those attending. 

We close on our site on Monday, March 3rd. with the remodeling project beginning the next day, Tuesday.  

Investor Rich Jessup, who will be ramrodding the project, produced a timeline that indicates with ample volunteer cooperation we should be looking at a seven to eight week expectation of completion.  We stress the "volunteer cooperation" because without it our job will be more difficult, as well as more costly.

Everyone involved is excited to get this show on the road and, finally, have a private place to gather to pursue our common passions of good cigars and lively conversations.

It was noted that we will have many "events" planned throughout the year from closed-circuit sporting events, viewable on our multiple 70" flat-screen TVs, and public servant and military recognition days, to local village celebrations such as the Roche de Boeuf Festival as well as other local and regional events.

We also plan to do at least one local charity event yearly...

Although we will have a luxuriously appointed public smoking lounge available to customers of the retail cigar shop, we will also have an equally luxuriously appointed private smoking lounge and will soon be soliciting yearly memberships.  This membership will cost $600.00 per year.  Prospective members are recommended by at least two existing members to be considered eligible.  All members will have complete 24/7 key-card access to the private lounge, a personal humidor, discounts on cigars and many more perks.
